How do I purchase a membership? A HEAT Priority Access Club membership may be purchased online. May I purchase more than one membership? No. The purpose of the HEAT Priority Access Club is to give as many HEAT fans as possible the opportunity to enjoy the excitement of live HEAT basketball. With limited inventory, it is necessary to limit membership to one per household. What benefits does each membership level include? HEAT Priority Access Club membership runs from March of 2013 through February of 2014. What if I join the HEAT Priority Access Club after a particular benefit has passed? Club membership still provides many benefits throughout the annual membership term (March – February). Unfortunately, the HEAT cannot provide make-up benefits for new members who may have missed a particular benefit. Who is eligible for the HEAT Priority Access Club? Membership is open to legal residents of Florida, 18 years of age and older. Only one membership is permitted per household. Only a limited number of memberships of each benefit level will be sold. The HEAT reserves the right to stop accepting membership applications at any given date, and cannot guarantee that memberships will be available as of any given date. No. HEAT Priority Access Club memberships are not refundable under any circumstances. How do I renew my membership in future years? If the HEAT continues to offer the HEAT Priority Access Club, members will be invited to renew their membership at the conclusion of the current membership year. There is no automatic renewal right of members with respect to the HEAT Priority Access Club. Members must apply again and receive approval again from the Miami HEAT to continue to receive benefits for subsequent years. Is my membership transferable? No, membership is not transferable to maintain fairness for all members of the Club. How do I change my contact information? Members wishing to update their contact information must make the request by emailing Seasons@heat.com. Members will receive a confirmation email once the changes are made. Additional information including, but not limited to, a copy of your Florida drivers license may be required. How will membership updates and benefits information be communicated? Members will receive email updates and offers during the membership term. The email address supplied at the time of membership purchase will be the email address of record. All communications will be sent to the email address of record only. The HEAT will use reasonable efforts to ensure that emails are sent in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee delivery of email because of third party issues (e.g. firewall, SPAM filters, etc.). Members are encouraged to add reply@emarketing.HEAT.com to their email contacts to help increase the deliverability of Miami HEAT Priority Access Club emails. Members are responsible for maintaining a valid email address that is able to receive Club emails. |
